Querida costs €249 once. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The €249 includes a custom planning hub delivered to your Notion workspace, a curated venue shortlist matched to your budget and style, vendor inquiry emails drafted in the venue's language, and an AI-generated wedding website hosted on querida.studio.
Is Querida a subscription or a one-time payment?+
Querida is a one-time payment of €249. There are no recurring fees, no monthly bills, and no upsells after purchase. You pay once when you are ready to commit and own your custom planning hub and curated lists from that point on.
Does Querida offer refunds?+
All sales are final once your research begins, which happens within 24 hours of payment. Before you commit, you can pause the quiz and come back anytime — your answers are saved. The €249 payment only happens when you are ready, so the safety net sits before the commitment, not after.
Does Querida take money from venues or vendors?+
No. Querida does not take money from venues or vendors for anything in your custom planning hub or curated list. Those are paid for by you and shaped only by your quiz answers. Querida's blog posts may include affiliate links to vendors and venues we genuinely recommend, but those affiliate relationships never influence what gets recommended to you in your personalized hub.
Does Querida include a wedding website?+
Yes. Every Querida planning hub includes an AI-generated wedding website built around your quiz answers and hosted on querida.studio. Guests access it with a code you print on your invitations. The site includes your hero, story, schedule, venue details, RSVP form, registry link, and FAQ. We build it within 1 business day of your launch form submission. No template-picking and no DIY — we handle it.
Does Querida work for couples who don't speak the local language?+
Yes. Querida handles the language gap. All vendor inquiry emails are drafted in the venue's preferred language, so couples never need to write in a second language. You read and reply in English. We handle the translation.
What if my partner is not ready to start planning the wedding?+
You can pause the Querida quiz at any time. Your answers are saved automatically and the planning hub stays open in your Notion workspace. Decisions about venues, vendors, and budgets can wait until both of you are ready to commit to them. There is no deadline and no time pressure built into the product.
What if none of my shortlisted venues are available?+
Sometimes venues are booked for your date. We give you a shortlist of 20 venues researched to your criteria — usually 50-70% have availability for most timelines. If your specific date isn't working with the shortlist, the simplest fix is shifting to a different date that does. The shortlist stays usable — same venues, just a different calendar entry.
