Agreement
By using Querida ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
What We Provide
Querida is an AI-powered wedding planning assistant. For a one-time fee of €249, we provide:
- Personalized venue recommendations based on your preferences
- A curated vendor directory (photographers, florists, DJs, etc.)
- Draft inquiry emails for venues and vendors
- A planning hub with budget tracking, guest list, and timeline tools
- A generated wedding website
What We Don't Provide
To be clear about what's not included:
- We are not a venue booking platform—you contact vendors directly
- We are not a day-of wedding coordinator
- We do not guarantee venue or vendor availability
- We do not handle contracts or payments between you and vendors
Payment
The service costs €249, charged once when you're ready to access your full planning hub. You can complete the quiz for free before deciding.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change for new customers, but your price is locked once you pay.
Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our service and the immediate delivery of your planning hub and recommendations, we do not offer refunds.
We encourage you to complete the free quiz and review the sample materials before purchasing to ensure our service meets your needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in your quiz responses
- Verify venue and vendor details before signing contracts
- Communicate professionally when using our email drafts
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not use the service for anything illegal
Our Recommendations
Our venue and vendor recommendations are generated using AI based on your preferences and publicly available information. We do our best to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but:
- Prices and availability may have changed since our last update
- We cannot guarantee the quality of any venue or vendor
- You should always verify details directly with venues and vendors
- We don't receive commissions or kickbacks from venues or vendors
Intellectual Property
You own the content you create (guest lists, notes, etc.). We own the Querida service, branding, and technology. Your wedding website uses our templates but the content is yours.
Limitation of Liability
We provide this service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (€249).
Service Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll provide you with your data export.
Account Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
